Chronicles of the African American Journey through Fiber Arts

Public Reception: Saturday, February 8, 2020, 3-5 pm

Celebrate Black History Month by witnessing the stories and experiences of African American lives. This exhibition culminates from a national call for fiber arts that include quilts, felt, sewing, and beading.

51st Annual Laurel Art Guild Juried Exhibition 

March 7–29, 2020
Public Reception: Sunday, March 8, 2020, 2-4 pm

Organized by the Laurel Art Guild, this annual exhibit is juried by a regional professional and showcases works by artists ages 18 and older who live in the Washington metropolitan area and surrounding states. The exhibit includes paintings, drawings, photographs, sculptures, collages, and more. This year will be the 51st-anniversary exhibit. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third places and three merit awards. Get involved in your local arts activities and enjoy the support and camaraderie of your fellow artists. We are thrilled to have Tim Davis, who is the founder and owner of International Visions Gallery and consultants, to curate this exhibition.
